My baby used to be an ancy little thing always fidgeting biting her fingers. Her self confidence has gone up 5 notches since she began. It's a different world when you step into the culture of karate; it's about discipline, respect, and focus. She has been taught all of this and more and loves karate and the dojo staff immensely.
